She has had a long Hollywood career. From a young age, the Golden Globe contender recognized acting as one of her loves, which may explain her longevity in what can be a harsh industry. She may keep a low profile, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t in the spotlight. San Giacomo also appeared in Season 14 of Gray’s Anatomy as astronaut Marjorie Kersey. Since Pretty Woman, she has had quite a TV career. She starred in Just Shoot Me! and earned credits in Veronica Mars, Hot in Cleveland, and Plain Sight. San Giacomo was most recently in Saving Grace as Holly Hunter’s best friend, Rhetta. To say she’s had a successful career and is still doing what she loves would be an understatement.
